Designed and deployed The Lux Travel GPT, a Custom GPT loaded with domain-specific knowledge of luxury travel operations: preferred suppliers, partner programmes, destination notes, and house standards for itinerary structure.

Tuned the system prompt and conversation starters around the three workflows the team actually performs every day: answering a client question quickly, drafting a first-pass itinerary, and researching a supplier or destination they have not booked recently.

Adopted across the operations team without training sessions because the interface is one they already use. Adoption, not capability, was the constraint, and meeting people where they already work was the lever.
