Consolidated a sprawl of standalone Python automations into a single event-driven n8n pipeline connecting Zoho CRM, email, calendar, and document generation. Each booking event now fans out to the right downstream actions in one place, rather than being processed by three scripts on three different machines.

Cut the average number of post-booking manual touchpoints from six to one across the operations team. The remaining touchpoint is a deliberate human review step, not a missing automation.

Wrote each workflow so an operations manager can read its diagram and know what it does without reading any code. Observability and stakeholder-readability were treated as first-class requirements, not afterthoughts, because the team needs to trust and modify these pipelines after I am gone.
