Highlights

  • 01Graded A* (Brunel CS2701), four-person agile team
  • 02Scrum Master across two sprints with stakeholder demos
  • 03Identity-redacting application pipeline enforced client-side and server-side

Built a full-stack web application with a Spring Boot backend, React frontend, and MySQL relational database, closely mirroring a modern enterprise SaaS stack. Designed the relational schema (users, job listings, applications) and wrote SQL queries for retrieval and reporting.

Contributed backend security (Spring Security, PII separation so identity-bearing columns never join the pre-interview application payload) and the frontend-to-backend integration for the Jobs and Apply flows. The redaction allowlist is enforced on both ends: anything outside it is dropped, not just hidden.

As Scrum Master, ran sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos across two sprints. Presented technical progress to non-technical supervisors and re-scoped a slipping sprint to ship a mocked verifier behind the real interface so the demo flow never broke.
